A private music studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, rented by the hour. Starts from $65/hr · 2-hour minimum · open 7 AM–1 AM every day. Our engineer sets you up free on every booking; then the room is yours.

How much does it cost?
Starts from $65/hr. The rate depends on the time of day, and you see the exact total before you pay.
Is there a minimum?
Two hours. Book in half-hour steps after that.
What hours can I book?
7 AM to 1 AM, every day, in half-hour steps, two hours minimum. No same-day online bookings — tomorrow onward.
Do I need an engineer?
No. Setup is included on every session. If you want someone to stay and run it, add an engineer when you book.
What DJ gear is there?
Two Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus and a DJM-900, always included. CDJ-3000X and DJM-A9 are available for an extra fee.
Can I record a podcast or shoot video?
Yes. There is a two-angle camera setup that is ready in minutes, Shure SM7B and wireless mics, and a green screen, haze machine, LED panels and ring light.
What if I have to move it?
Free to move or cancel up to 48 hours before your start. Inside 48 hours you get half back. Inside 24 hours it’s yours.
Can I see it first?
Yes. Email us for a free tour, or come by before your first session. No commitment.
How do I get there?
231 Norman Ave, Unit 311, Brooklyn, NY 11222. Nassau Ave on the G is a four minute walk; Greenpoint Ave if you are coming the other way. The East River ferry lands at Greenpoint, ten minutes from the door. Our engineer meets you at the door and sets you up.
