Who we are

Antenna Studios LLC operates the recording studio at 231 Norman Ave, Unit 311, Brooklyn, NY 11222, and this website at antennastudios.xyz. This policy explains what the website collects, why, and who else sees it. Questions or requests: contact@antennastudios.xyz.

What you give us

Booking enquiries. When you send the form on our booking or sessions pages, we receive the name, email address, the type of session you selected, and the message you wrote.

Mailing list. If you sign up in the footer, we receive your email address.

We do not ask for, and the site does not collect, payment card details. Studio invoices are sent and paid through Stripe, which handles card details directly.

What is collected automatically

Submitting a form also attaches the page you submitted from, the referring page, your browser’s user-agent string, and a randomly generated event ID we use to avoid counting the same enquiry twice.

If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, your browser stores a small attribution record locally (under antenna_attribution) for up to 90 days. It holds the ad click identifiers Google and Meta add to the link (gclid, fbclid), any utm_ campaign tags, the Meta cookie values fbc and fbp, the page you landed on, and when it was captured. It is sent with your enquiry so we can tell which campaigns actually produce bookings. It contains no name, email, or message, and if you never submit a form it never leaves your browser.

Cookies and third-party tags

Every page loads Google’s tag (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and the Meta Pixel. These set their own cookies — including Meta’s _fbp — and report page views and form submissions back to Google and Meta so we can measure whether our advertising works.

We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the GPC opt-out signal — Brave and DuckDuckGo send it by default, and Firefox can be set to — we do not load Google’s tag or the Meta Pixel at all on any page. Nothing is set, and nothing is reported. There is nothing to opt out of because none of it runs.

Otherwise these tags run on page load; the site does not show a cookie consent banner. You can also block them with your browser’s tracking protection, an ad blocker, or your Google and Meta ad settings, and the site will work normally — the tracking code is written to fail silently and never blocks a form from sending.

Matching an enquiry to an ad click. When you submit the form, we may pass a hashed version of your email address to Google and Meta for this purpose only. Hashing is one-way: it produces an irreversible fingerprint that lets them confirm a match they already hold and cannot be turned back into your address.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Enquiries are emailed to us and recorded in a private Google spreadsheet we use to track leads and bookings. The mailing list is held in the same way. Our processors are Google (email, spreadsheets, analytics, advertising), Meta (advertising), Vercel (website hosting), and Stripe (invoicing and payments).

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we are working with you and afterwards for our business and tax records. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

Write to contact@antennastudios.xyz and we will, on request: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you email. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not treat you differently for asking. To clear the attribution record described above, clear this site’s data in your browser.

Children

The site is intended for adults booking studio time. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use enquiry information will be described here rather than made quietly.
